PEACH ALMOND CONSERVE 
15 lg. white ripe peaches
3 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can pineapple
1 c. almonds (blanched)

Cut up peaches and let peaches and sugar stand 1 hour. Add pineapple and cook for 1 hour. Ten minutes before you take from heat, add ground almonds. Put up in sterilized jars and seal. This is a delicious dessert when served with whipped cream.
