EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
Pete Ritz pie crust (or homemade)
Chicken fryer or breasts
2 cans Veg-all
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook, debone and cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Add drained veg-all and creamed soups. Stir together. Pour into 1 slightly browned pie crust. Use other crust to top the mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

This is a great meal to take to friends in need because it's a meal in one and in a disposable container.
