HONEY - POPPY SEED SALAD
DRESSING
 
1 c. honey
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. poppy seed
5 tsp. vinegar (cider or rice)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. olive oil

In blender or with electric mixer, blend together all ingredients except oil. Gradually add oil, beating constantly until mixture thickens. Store in covered jar in refrigerator. Yield: 2 cups. 1 Tablespoon = 90 calories.
