CHICKEN AND RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. rice, cooked and drained
2 c. diced chicken
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. diced celery
1 sm. jar pimento
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. can mushrooms

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Put into cake pan. Put bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers on top. Bake 50 to 60 minutes uncovered. Feeds 7 to 10 people.
