CHEESE GRITS 
5 c. water
1 c. quick cooking grits
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
3 eggs, beaten
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. seasoning salt

Boil water. Add grits and cook for 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased pan and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
