LEMON CHEESE CAKE | |
20 graham crackers (crushed) 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. sugar 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1 (12 oz.) can milnot (chilled) 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. lemon juice Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar and press in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Dissolve Jello in boiling water and let cool. Cream the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar and add to lemon Jello when cool. Whip 1 can milnot until stiff. Add Jello mixture to whipped milnot along with vanilla and lemon juice if desired. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Chill until ready to serve. |
