CHEESE-CREAMED SPINACH 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook spinach as directed and drain. Mix spinach, sour cream and soup mix. Place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
