BAKED POTATO SPEARS 
3 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
Onion salt
Pepper
Parma dip

Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Brush with salad dressing. Season with onion salt and pepper. Place on greased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 50 minutes or until tender and brown.

PARMA DIP:

1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped chives

Combine ingredients, mix well. Chill until potatoes are done.
