CREAM OF FRESH BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 bunch fresh broccoli, use 2 pkgs. of frozen if desired
3 c. water
Salt to taste
1 c. light cream

Boil broccoli in salted water until crisp tender. The water should be quite salty to bring out the flavor in the finished product. Remove from heat and blend in blender or food processor until smooth. Do not drain. Put back in pan and add the cream. Season to taste. More or less cream may be added.
