GLAZED BEETS 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. beet juice
1/4 c. vinegar
Pinch salt
Tad of butter
Beets

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add beet juice. Let it cook - don't get it hot enough to look like gravy. Add butter and vinegar. Stir good. Let it get hot enough to boil but don't let it stick to pan. Keep part of beet juice while you are fixing beets, to use if they get too thick.
