OMELET DELIGHTS 
1 egg per serving
1 tsp. milk per serving
1 sm. fry pan

OPTIONAL:

Sliced pepperoni
Ham pieces (small)
Sliced cheese (own choice)
Green peppers
Mushrooms
Hamburger fried loosely

In a small bowl beat 1 egg per serving and 1 teaspoon milk per serving. If one desired crepes instead of omelet simply change water for milk.

Into small pan (does not have to be omelet pan) pour a 1 serving worth of mix on top of melted butter.

As it fries to almost done, add the desired ingredients, flip one edge over with spatula and serve plain or with additional topping such as cheese sauce, ketchup, etc.
