SEASONED TOMATO SALAD 
1 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
Several sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients, cover. Marinate in refrigerator for an hour or more. Yield: 1 serving = 52 calories.
