BUTTERSCOTCH CRUNCH SQUARES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. quick oats
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) jar butterscotch ice cream topping

Combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter to resemble coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts. Pat in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and stir while warm to crumble. Cool.

Spread half of mix in 9 x 9 inch pan. Drizzle half of ice cream topping over crumbs. Stir topping to soften. Drizzle remaining topping over crumbs and freeze.
