TERIYAKI CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings, approx. 18
2 tbsp. salad oil
3 green onions (1/2 inch pieces)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Cut wings in thirds. Discard tip. In Dutch oven on high heat in hot oil, cook chicken and green onion, stirring constantly for 7 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Combine rest of ingredients and add to chicken. Cover and cook 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook 10 minutes - stirring frequently until liquid is absorbed.
