TURKEY BURGERS 
1 lb. ground turkey
Garlic powder & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, grated
1/2 green pepper, grated
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 egg white
2-3 tbsp. skim milk
1 packet Herb-Ox chicken flavor instant broth
1 c. hot water

Combine the first nine ingredients and shape into burgers. Brown lightly on both sides. Mix chicken broth with hot water and add to burgers. Simmer until done, about 45 minutes.
