TURKEY BURGER | |
1 lb. ground turkey 1 c. uncooked oatmeal 3/4 c. chopped onion 3/4 c. chopped green or red pepper 1/2 c. shredded zucchini 1/4 c. catsup 2 cloves crushed garlic 6 whole wheat rolls 1/2 c. sour half & half Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well and shape into burgers. Place on broiler rack that has been sprayed with vegetable oil. Broil for 7 to 9 minutes on each side. Serve on rolls with 1 tablespoon sour half & half, lettuce, tomatoes, or anything desired on a regular hamburger. |
