ZESTY POTATOES 
4 lg. unpeeled baking potatoes,
cut into 8-10 wedges each
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika

Arrange potato wedges, peel side down in shallow baking pan. Mix ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, brushing with oil occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
