FIESTA POTATO DIPPERS 
1 (24 oz.) bag frozen potato wedges with skin
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. cilantro

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss potato wedges with oil and chili powder. Transfer to cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly crispy; turning over after 15 minutes. Mix together Cheez Whiz, sour cream and cilantro until well blended. Serve dip with potato wedges.
