BACON FRIED POTATOES | |
2 medium to large red potatoes 6 to 8 thick slices of bacon, cut up 3 eggs In a medium frying pan heat up to warm and add bacon. Cut up potatoes in thin slices. When bacon is a quarter of the way cooked remove and add potatoes to heat. Then add bacon to the heat, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir at least twice. After ten mins add eggs to scramble and enjoy! The add-ons are up to you, from green onions to sliced mushrooms and so on. Submitted by: Greg Stell |
