FRIED ITALIAN PEPPERS WITH
POTATOES
 
2 lbs. sweet long Italian frying peppers
1 lb. long hot Italian peppers
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. olive oil
2 lg. white potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. oregano
2 cloves chopped garlic

Heat large fry pan. Add olive oil, heat. Add garlic and potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces. Add paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Add cleaned, seeded, and sliced sweet and hot peppers. Add oregano. Fry until peppers and potatoes are tender, stirring often.
