ITALIAN FRIED PEPPERS 
2 lg. green peppers
3 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt to taste

Wash and seed peppers. Cut into strips. Heat oil in skillet. Saute garlic for 2 minutes. Add peppers; coat well with oil. Stir in oregano and salt. Cover. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Serves 2.
