3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

Mix above ingredients and put in buttered casserole dish.

TOPPING: Mix together 1 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 cup chopped pecans. It becomes dry and crumbly. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
