CRAB MOLD 
12 oz. frozen crabmeat
1 envelope Knox gelatin (dissolved in 1/8 c. cold water)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery
Sm. grated onion
Pinch of salt

Heat soup, cream cheese and gelatin until combined. Take off heat; add mayonnaise and pinch of salt. Mix. Add celery, onion and crab. Mix and place in mold. Chill several hours or overnight.
