STRAWBERRIES 
3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (pecans preferred)
1 c. coconut
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello

Mix condensed milk, vanilla and nuts in blender; add Jello. Add nuts and coconut. Mix well.

Put in bowl and place in refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours. With teaspoon scoop enough to form ball about the size of a dime. Shape into strawberry. Roll in red decorator's sugar. Use mint leaves or you can use parsley.

This makes about 60 strawberries. You can freeze them. If mixture is too heavy for blender after mixing nuts, milk and Jello, take out and mix by hand with a spoon.
