PEANUT BUTTER EGGS 
2 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 lb. confectioners' sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. paraffin wax

Mix the cream cheese, 1 tablespoon butter, salt, peanut butter, cider vinegar and confectioners' sugar. Roll into egg shapes. Melt the chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon butter and paraffin wax. Dip eggs into melted chocolate mixture. Let cool.
