OVERNIGHT MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt & pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
Onion, chopped (to taste)
8 oz. very fine noodles
Grated Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add seasonings, sugar and tomato sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Combine in bowl; cream cheese, sour cream and onion (I use onion flakes). Cook noodles according to directions. In greased casserole dish, place 3/4 noodles. Top with meat mixture. Spread cream cheese mixture over meat. Top with remaining noodles. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Refrigerate (covered) overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
