OVERNIGHT SALMON CASSEROLE 
2 c. bread cubes
1 can salmon
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
2 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. grated cheese

Place bread on bottom of buttered casserole. In bowl mix salmon, onions and butter. Spread over bread, beat eggs and milk and soup. Let stand overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Top with cheese for the last 15 minutes.
