PEACHES AND CREAM CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla pudding (cooked kind), add dry
6 tbsp. softened butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Mix ingredients together and pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained and save the juice

Place peaches in a layer on the batter.

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. peach juice

Mix together and spoon over peaches. Leave 1/2 inch edge around pan.

1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar

Mix and sprinkle on top before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
