OLD FASHIONED RICE PUDDING 
3 c. skim milk
1 stick cinnamon
4 tbsp. raw rice
1/3 c. raisins
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine milk, cinnamon and rice in double boiler. Cook over boiling water 45 minutes. Remove cinnamon, add raisins and cook 10 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Beat egg slightly with sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir into rice. Return to double boiler and cook 2 minutes longer.
