COCOA RICE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
3 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Wash rice and let stand in hot water a few minutes. Pour off water. Add sugar and cocoa which have been mixed together. Add vanilla. Stir together. Bake slowly about 2 hours at 325 degrees. If it looks dry add more milk, but do not stir. Serve with whipped cream.
