SHRIMP VICTORIA 
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion (I like to use green onions, tops and all)
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced (or med. can mushrooms)
1 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste
Dash of pepper (cayenne is good)
Cooked rice or egg noodles

Saute shrimp and onion in butter for 10 minutes or until shrimp are tender. Add mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes more. Sprinkle in flour, salt, and pepper. Stir in sour cream and cook at low heat for about 10 minutes; do not boil. Serve over cooked rice or egg noodles. This is my family's all-time favorite dish!
