NEW ORLEANS SHRIMP LOUIS 
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. chili sauce or tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 green onions & tops, minced
Mixed salad greens for 4, washed & drained
24 lg. shrimp, peeled, deveined & cooked

Thoroughly blend mayonnaise, chili sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar and green onions for dressing. Arrange salad greens and shrimp equally on 4 serving plates; pour desired amount of dressing over shrimp and greens. Makes 4 servings.
