DIJON PORK CHOPS 
3 tbsp. plain dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, oil and pepper in dish. Spread mustard on both sides of pork chops, coat with bread crumb mixture. Broil until done, 5-6 inches from heat.
