CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6-8 chicken breasts, cooked and pulled off bone
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
3/4 c. Pepperidge farm stuffing mix
1 stack pkg. Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick melted butter

Line greased casserole with bite size pieces of chicken. Mix soup, sour cream and stuffing mix and pour over chicken. Top with Ritz crackers and drizzle melted butter over and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30-40 minutes.
