POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1 lg. chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers (crushed)
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Cook chicken, debone, and chop enough chicken to cover a 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix cream of mushroom soup with sour cream and spread over chicken. Melt butter and mix with crushed Ritz crackers and poppy seed. Sprinkle on top of soup mixture. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
