SOUTHERN POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 c. cooked chicken
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine soup and sour cream. Arrange chicken in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Combine butter with cracker crumbs and poppy seeds. Sprinkle over top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
