POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, cooked & deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers
Poppy seeds

Layer chicken in a 9 x 13 inch dish. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken. Cover with broken Ritz crackers. Pour melted butter over crackers. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 4-6.
