POPPY SEED CHICKEN | |
6 chicken breasts, boneless, cooked 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 pkg. roll of Ritz crackers, crushed Poppy seed 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream 1 stick butter Place cooked cut up chicken in bottom of 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream (with little milk if necessary) and pour over chicken. Melt butter in pan and saute crushed crackers and pour over sour cream mixture. Spread poppy seed on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
