POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. sour cream
1/2 tube Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Cook chicken and debone. Melt butter and pour 1/2 of butter in a baking dish. Lay chicken on butter. Mix soup and sour cream then pour on chicken. Crumble crackers and mix poppy seeds with them. Sprinkle on top. Pour rest of butter on top of crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
