POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
1 lg. fryer
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. poppy seed
35-40 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, softened

Cook and debone chicken, cut in pieces. Mix soup and sour cream. Mix poppy seed, Ritz crackers, and butter in another bowl. Grease 11 x 14 glass dish. Put 1/2 chicken in bottom, 1/2 soup-sour cream mixture and 1/2 poppy seed mixture. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, uncovered.
