POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted butter
Poppy seeds

Place chicken in a casserole. Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Mix together cracker crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top of chicken. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
