RITZY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 fryers, cooked, boned and cut in lg. pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed

Layer chicken in oblong baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream and broth together and pour over chicken. Melt butter and mix with crackers, then put over top of dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Excellent! Family really liked... I seasoned chicken breasts with garlic and onion powder, cayenne and pepper..sautéed in olive oil... yum! Served with steamed broccoli... no leftovers!
