LEMON CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. lemon juice
Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. poppy seed

Cook and cut up chicken. Butter 9 x 13 dish. Mix soup, sour cream and lemon juice and pour over chicken. Use 1/2 bag of Ritz or 1 large sleeve crushed and pour over chicken mixture. Melt butter with poppy seeds and pour over crackers.

Bake 30 to 45 minutes.
