PEAR MOUSSE 
1 lg. can pears, drained (save juice)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Heat pear juice to boiling. Add Jello. Place pears and cream cheese in blender, and blend until smooth. Fold in Jello mixture, and Cool Whip. Stir until smooth. Garnish with fresh fruit.
