CARROT CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. carrots
1 c. oil (Wesson)

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Add carrots; mix well. Then add oil. Mix again. Bake in well greased pans. Bake at 350 degrees. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
