CARROTS CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. grated carrots

Sift together dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs one at a time. Mix in carrots. Put into greased layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. any flavor
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour

Cook milk and flour to make a white sauce. Set aside to cool. Cream butter and sugar until well blended with electric beater. Combine with thoroughly cooled sauce and beat until smooth and creamy. Add flavoring.
