LARGE CREAMY CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. crumbs (graham cracker)
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. sugar
24 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 pts. (3 c.) sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit topping

Grease 10 inch spring form. Combine first 3 ingredients, sprinkle crust on bottom of pan. Beat cheese until fluffy. Add sugar gradually, add eggs one at a time, add sour cream, vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour over crumbs.

Bake 30-40 minutes in 375 degree oven. Leave in oven with door closed 1 hour. Cool, refrigerate. Top with canned fruit, optional. Serves 16.
