LAYERED MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

FILLING:

8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. cumin
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Mix meatloaf ingredients thoroughly. Set aside while preparing filling. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter. Microwave 3 minutes on high. Add thyme, cumin, sour cream and bread crumbs. Spread 1/2 of meat mixture in bottom of microwave bundt pan, top with filling, 1/2 meat mixture and top with mushrooms. Cover and microwave 10 minutes on high. Cook 18-22 minutes on medium. Rotate once or twice during cooking time. 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
