BAKED CORN 
6 can cream style corn
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) box Ritz crackers

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix eggs in a corn can and fill it with milk. Add mixture to remaining corn. Add sugar, salt, butter, and 1 pack of crackers. Spread other pack of crackers on top and dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yield: 20-25 servings.
