BAKED STUFFED PEPPERS 
8 green peppers
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. can kernel corn, drained
Salt
Pepper
1 1/2 c. Town House crackers, crushed
Tomato sauce with mushrooms and peppers

Remove tops and seeds from peppers; wash inside and drain. Mix beef with crackers, tomato sauce, corn, onion and other ingredients. Stand peppers upright in greased baking dish. Add 1/2 cup water in dish. Cover; bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
